Monads
Take a exhale as a monad, a microcosm.
For any of us, a total universe reverberates within a fathom-long support of a bodies. The "all" resonates in 6 keys on a sounding boards of a 6 senses.
But a total of a resonate flesh also, in turn, reverberates in a breath.
Each exhale gathers into one monad a microcosm of a world.
Each exhale rings in subtle synchrony with what I'm tasting, what I'm seeing, what I'm feeling, what I'm hoping, what I'm thinking, where I'm sitting.
Can we see it? Can we read in my exhale a total universe respiring?Thank you from a Progressive Buddhism bloggers
