Practicing Together

With palms together,

Good Morning Everyone,

Last night tyro Luisa sat with me during a 7:00 PM zazen period. This morning tyro Mu Shin sat with me during a 7:00 AM period. Suki stayed in her bed. It is good to lay with others. There is something about a appetite of people practicing together which supports us in a own individual practice. After Mu Shin left, I sipped coffee, then welcomed Teacher Ken Hogaku-roshi into a Temple where he set about completing a building a whole pursuit in a zendo. I took Suki to Pioneer womens Park as good as you walked a singular loop. It had rained final night as good as there were outrageous puddles for Suki to fool around in. She was a joyful disaster by a finish of a walk.

Sangha is key to successful practice. Successful use is any use which is finished in mindfulness both in a zendo as good as out. Practice within a sangha is a means of learning to be mindful of others as good as a relational interactions. It requires us to get out of ourselves, to open a hearts, as good as use generosity of spirit.

We do not always wish to go to a temple, center, or play ground to practice. It is so most easier to only lay down in a room as good as use there. We can be quiescent buddhas. This is not a way. True use requires a discipline of starting to a organisation for practice. Then when you say, I take refuge in a sangha. you meant it. At a use core you knowledge renunciation of self as good as open ourselves to a appetite of others.

We use during Clear Mind Zen Temple during 7:00 AM, 2:00 PM, as good as 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, during 9:00 AM upon Wednesday, as good as during 9:00 AM upon Sunday. In addition, you lay in a play ground during 9:00 upon Monday as good as Friday. We additionally yield two forms of contemplative practices in motion: Tai Chi Chih during 4::00 PM upon Wednesday as good as Gentle Yoga during 4:30 upon Thurs! day.

Why not stick on us?

Be well.Zen wisdom for every day living.
