I consider the Dalai Lama is upon point because you may not have an Earth capable of supporting either the communist Tibet or the free, independent as well as approved Tibet. As usual the DL understands interconnection as well as it's importance. All links in the sequence that have hold up live-able upon Earth have been essential.
