Start Over: How To Re-Create Your Life

By Mary Jaksch

If you live in the USA, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Its a great time to take stock of all the wonderful things in your life.

Dont forget to also give thanks for what is difficult!

Giving thanks for barriers and challenges is a great way to find a new, positive way forward. Everything we encounter in life is an opportunity for growth.

The most difficult times are when we have to start over. At that point all our dreams and hopes for the future evaporate and we are left struggling to find new meaning for our lives.

Have you had to start over in life?

Maybe youve separated from your partner, lost your loved one, relocated to a new place or country. Or youve experienced a health crisis, or lost money, or lost your job. There are so many ways life forces us to re-create our life.

The most valuable thing about starting over is that it forces us to take stock of what we really want to do. This is a difficult phase in starting over. Because the ground we used to stand on so firmly has shifted and crumbled beneath our feet.

The good news is that when you are faced with radical change you are also faced with a great opportunity. You can start to create a life that YOU want, a life thats not based on all the things other people tell us we should be doing.

My book Start Over: Create the Life YOU Want takes you by the hand and leads you through the time of change. You can read inspiring stories and get some great tips that make life easier.

Most of all, my book will give you a roadmap of how to come through challenging times. Youll learn to transform challenges into opportunities.

If you dont need the book yourself ! at this point in your life, give it to someone you know who needs it.
