What Are You Grateful For? 12 Questions

Gratitude is similar to a flesh which we need to exercise. The following twelve questions will help we to use gratitude:

  • What done we happy?
  • What energized you?
  • What barrier did we overcome?
  • What altered you?
  • What triggered your creativity?
  • What deepened your spirituality?
  • What affability did we experience?
  • What did others do for you?
  • What desirous you?
  • What done we feel good?
  • What done we laugh?
  • What worry taught we an critical lesson?
  • Gratitude is a mind state which leads to complacency as good as contentment. So, its great to walk by hold up with a grateful heart. We can get caught up in negative emotions, similar to rancour or anger. But such emotions are mortal as good as unpleasant for we as good as for others.

    Whenever we notice which youre energy is negative, ask yourself:
    What am I grateful for?
